1. About Fuel Insight

Fuel Insight is a vehicle fuel management app that helps users track refuelling records, mileage, fuel cost, vehicle running expenses, Fuel Pass details, and related vehicle information.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the app, including fuel amount, odometer readings, station name, vehicle details, costs, and Fuel Pass information. Fuel Insight is intended as a tracking and estimation tool only.

 

3. Account and Data

Some features may require sign-in or data sync across devices. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and keeping your login information secure.

 

4. Location Features

Fuel Insight may request device location permission to help save refuelling location information or find nearby fuel stations. Location access is used only for app-related functionality when permitted by the user.

 

5. Fuel Pass and QR Information

Fuel Pass QR and limit features are provided for convenience. You are responsible for verifying Fuel Pass usage, balance, and eligibility with the relevant provider or authority.

 

6. No Financial or Vehicle Advice

Fuel Insight provides calculations such as mileage, average cost per kilometer, and monthly or yearly fuel summaries. These are estimates based on user-entered data and should not be considered financial, tax, legal, or professional vehicle advice.

 

7. Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party services for authentication, analytics, crash reporting, maps, notifications, or cloud-based app functionality. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

 

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with app operation, reverse engineer the app, or use the app for unlawful purposes.

 

9. App Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Fuel Insight at any time. We may also release updates to improve performance, security, features, or compatibility.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Fuel Insight is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses, damages, incorrect calculations, missing records, service interruptions, or decisions made based on app information.

 

11. Data Backup

While Fuel Insight may provide sync or backup-related features, users should keep their own important records where necessary. We are not responsible for accidental loss of data caused by device issues, user action, connectivity problems, or service interruptions.

 

12. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or use the app in a way that may harm other users, the app, or third-party services.

Your use of Fuel Insight is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, used, stored, and shared. Please review the Privacy Policy before using the app.
